Terms and conditions, English version
These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract we make with you for your holiday.
1. We undertake to to provide caravan accommodation to the client between the dates agreed at the campsites agreed. We reserve the right to use other campsites.
2. We undertake to ensure that the caravan and camp will be ready for the client to use, on days when the camp is moved, by 1500 hours.
3. We undertake to do daily grocery shopping, collect products from pharmacies and do laundry for the Client, during the tour and beforehand, by arrangement, at our convenience.
4. (i) In the event of the Client cancelling the tour. We will refund the monies paid to us by the Client as follows: Given more than 48 hours notice, we will refund the 10% deposit and any other fees collected from the Client, being a 100% refund. Given less than 48hrs notice we will retain the 10% deposit and return any other fees collected.
If the Client wishes to reschedule the tour we will do this, if our schedule allows, with no financial penalty to the Client.
(ii) In the event that we cancel the tour we will make a full refund of monies paid to us by the Client. We will never be liable for more than the refund of those monies paid to us by the Client.
5. (i) The Client agrees to pay a 10% deposit when returning the signed contract, at which time his booking will be confirmed.
(ii) The Client agrees to pay the balance due on the fees one week before the tour commences.
6. The Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each campsite.
7. The Client agrees to take out personal insurance to cover accident, medical costs and their own public liability. We accept no liability for the Client’s costs arising from accident, medical or third party claims. We accept no liability for losses or damage to the Client’s property. If you wish your possessions to be insured, please ensure that your travel insurance covers risk to these items.
8. The Client agrees to treat the materials provided for his/her use with care and respect.
9. We do not accept pets. Exceptions may be made, but must be approved and acknowledged by us in writing before the tour commences. Animals will never be permitted in the caravan.
